2. Media Pass

All accredited journalists are required to be in possession of photo identification (ID) card. The Press ID card must be worn at ALL TIMES at all official venues and will be required for entering the Press Center and the official venues of the meetings. For each designated event, a Venue Access Pass is required to be used together with the Press ID card.

All pre-registered journalists please go to the Media Reception at the lobby of Jin Yue Hotel to collect Press ID cards with their own passports or other valid IDs.

4.Transportation

Shuttle bus services are provided for journalists from Jin Yue Hotel to Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center (Press Center) and other venues of the meetings.

Shuttle bus service is from 7:00 am to 22:00 pm, during 28th Oct to 2nd Nov. Please be noted that the timetable and starting points of the shuttle buses will be provided on the whiteboard at the Press Center and the lobby of Jin Yue Hotel.
